One-on-one physical therapy on Adelaide, aimed at sending you home

Jason Hamilton, PT, MPT, sees patients one-on-one at Suite B. The visit is an evaluation, hands-on treatment, and a home program.

Exercises you can keep doing without living at the clinic

Care is one-on-one. The goal is independence, with a program you keep doing at home.

The evaluation

The first visit runs about an hour, and longer when the exam needs it.

Hands-on time

Treatment in the room is hands-on and evidence-based for that injury.

The home program

You leave with education on the injury and a personalized exercise program.

A first hour that is actually an evaluation

The opening visit is an evaluation of about an hour, longer if needed. After that comes teaching, hands-on work, and a program you take home.

  1. The exam

That first hour is the evaluation, with more time if the exam needs it.

  2. Education

You get a clear explanation of the injury and what to do with it.

  3. Hands-on care

Treatment in the visit is hands-on and evidence-based.

  4. What you keep

A personalized home exercise program, so the work continues after you leave.
